Sally Mustang Artwork (Pty) Ltd.

Confirmation of Bookings
1.1. Bookings for tattoo appointments are confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment. No appointment shall be deemed secured without such confirmation.
1.2. Any deposit paid is redeemable for one year, either for a refund or to be applied toward a tattoo or other service. After one year, the deposit will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property
2.1. All tattoo designs created by Sally Mustang Artwork (Pty) Ltd. remain the exclusive property of the company.
2.2. No rights are granted for the replication, distribution, or use of any tattoo design in any form, whether digital or physical, without the prior written consent of Sally Mustang Artwork (Pty) Ltd.

Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
3.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit paid.
3.3. A 5% cancellation fee may be deducted from the total invoiced amount for any cancellations or refunds.

Late Arrivals
4.1. Clients arriving late for their appointment may be subject to additional charges, at the discretion of the tattoo artist.
4.2. The allocated time for the tattoo will not be extended due to late arrival, and any additional time required will be charged accordingly.

Touch-ups
5.1. Tattoo touch-ups are at the discretion of Sally Mustang Tattoos management and independent contractors. Touch-ups are valid for six (6) months from the original appointment date.
5.2. Touch-ups for tattoos located on fingers, hands, feet, face, elbows, and knees will incur a separate charge.
5.3. The cost of such touch-ups will be confirmed prior to scheduling the appointment.

Children in the Studio
6.1. Children under the age of twelve (12) are not permitted in the tattoo studio under any circumstances.

Age Verification
7.1. Sally Mustang Tattoos reserves the right to request valid identification as proof of age.
7.2. Clients under the age of eighteen (18) must provide proof of age to proceed with a tattoo appointment.

Design Quotation and Changes
8.1. The quotation provided for a tattoo design will include one (1) design and one (1) revision.
8.2. Additional changes to the design beyond the initial revision will incur additional charges, at the discretion of Sally Mustang Tattoos management and independent contractors.

Quotation Validity
9.1. All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
