Terms and Conditions:

  1. Bookings for tattoo appointments are confirmed once proof of payment has been received.

  2. All tattoo designs created by Sally Mustang Artwork (Pty) Ltd. remain the property of the company. No permission is granted to replicate the designs in any form, digitally or physically, without written consent from the company.

  3. Cancellation of a tattoo appointment must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the booking. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in the loss of the deposit.

  4. Arriving late for a appointment may affect the costing. The tattoo has been allocated a set time and any additional time due to late arrival with be charged at the discretion of the tattoo artist.

  5. Tattoo touch-ups are at the discretion of Sally Mustang Tattoos management and independent contractors and are valid for 6 months from the original booking date.

  6. Tattoo touch-ups on fingers, hands, feet, face, elbows, and knees are charged independently. The price for touch-ups will be confirmed before the appointment is scheduled.

  7. 5 % cancelation fee may be deducted for the total amount invoiced,

  8. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the tattoo studio.

  9. Identification may be required for proof of age if the client is under the age of 18.

  10. The quotation for a tattoo design will include one design and one change. Additional changes to the design will be subject to additional charges at the discretion of Sally Mustang Tattoos management and independent contractors.

  11. The Quotation is valid for 30 days from date of issued.
