Chiropractic care can help to reduce and/or eliminate the symptoms associated with various afflictions, including:

Neck pain;
Whiplash;
Lower back pain;
Headaches and migraines;
Sciatica;
Scoliosis;
Spinal disc injuries such as disc herniation;
Sports-related injuries;
Tendinitis;
Pregnancy-related pain;
Arthritis;
Sprains; and
Joint pain

Dry needling is a treatment performed by skilled, trained physical therapists, certified in the procedure. A thin monofilament needle penetrates the skin and treats underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments. Dry needling treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function

Rehabilitation Exercise:

Physical medicine and rehabilitation is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to people with physical impairments or disabilities.

Rehabilitation exercise provides pain relief, reduces inflammation, improves mood, reduces anxiety and fatigue.

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)  is a skilled myofascial intervention used for soft-tissue treatment. It is applied using instruments that are usually made of stainless steel with beveled edges and contours that can conform to different body anatomical locations and allows for deeper penetration. Instruments effectively used for the detection and treatment of soft tissue disorders, to break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue.

Sports massage is a targeted massage approach that focuses on specific areas of the body that are in need of healing or relief. It is a manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups. The conscious focus of sports massage therapy maximizes the benefit of certain massage techniques and supports further physical exertion and activity.

Taping is commonly used as an adjunct or temporary technique. Athletes often make use of taping as a protective mechanism in the presence of an existing injury. Some of the goals with taping are to restrict the movement of injured joints, soft tissue compression to reduce swelling. support anatomical structures, and as protection from re-injury.
